Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
    
  
  Of course! If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, you can cancel anytime. If it’s already on its way, we’ll still help you—just return it for a refund (a $20 return shipping fee will be deducted). Our team is here to make the process simple and stress-free.

How long will it take to get my order?
    
  
  We ship daily from our U.S. warehouse. Most customers receive their Sleepytroll within 2–5 business days.
Shipping and delivery
Are duties and customs fees included?
    
  
  For U.S. customers, yes — all taxes and import costs are included in your order. You won’t be charged extra upon delivery. For international orders, duties and fees may vary depending on your country’s regulations.
Is shipping included in the price?
    
  
  Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $99 USD. For orders under $99, a flat $10 fee applies (20 USD for orders to South America).
For orders to Canada, a 15 CAD fee applies to orders under 139 CAD.
When will I receive my order?
    
  
  We ship daily from our U.S. warehouse. Most customers receive their order within 2–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
    
  
  We ship with UPS and USPS, depending on your location and the fastest option available.
Why was my order not delivered?
    
  
  It’s very rare, but if your order doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact our support team here. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right— either with a replacement or refund.

  If there is anything missing from your order we require you to immediately notify our support team and take a photograph of the content as they were presented to you.
Returns / Defects
My Sleepytroll is not working properly. What should I do?
    
  
  Firstly, you can try reset by pushing the + and – button for 5 seconds until they blink. If this does not work you can submit a request to our support team.
Please include the LOT number (found on the bottom of your Sleepytroll), a description of the issue, a video and/or photo showing the issue and information on when and where it was purchased.
Please note that all reclaims need to be directed to the shop where the product is purchased.
The battery life on my Sleepytroll is reduced. Can it be fixed?
    
  
  The battery life of Sleepytroll will be shorter when used in cold weather, and will also, like other electronical products, be somewhat reduced with long-term use. If your Sleepytroll has a green light after charging for less than 2 hours, please leave it in the charger for 2.5 full hours.
I have lost my charger. Can I buy a new one?
    
  
  The Gen 2 is compatible with a USB-C cable, which is widely available at most electronics retailers.

I would like to return my product. How do I get started?
    
  
  To start a return, please first review our Return Policy to ensure your order meets the return criteria. If it does, simply contact our support team here with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return label and step-by-step instructions.
Please note: A $10 USD return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover part of the return shipping cost.

Does Sleepytroll work for all babies?
    
  
  Sleepytroll is a wonderful sleeping aid, but it does not work on all babies. Does your baby like being in the stroller or crib, and like being rocked? Then chances are it will work wonders! Keep in mind that we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee should your baby somehow not be seduced by our rocking motions 😉
How do I use the Sleepytroll correctly?
    
  
  The Sleepytroll should always be mounted vertically, as mounting it in any other ways will put excessive pressure on the motor and void the legal guarantee.
It is also important to tighten the strap, as the stroller/car seat/crib should be moving, not the Sleepytroll. 
Close charger port when charging is finished. Sleepytroll can be used in temperatures from -10C/14F
to 35C/95F. Please read the manual for information on the correct storage when storing over time. 
Do the Bed Rocker Feet work on my crib?
    
  
  Bed Rocker Feet works on cribs with wooden legs that are not heavier than 22kg/48,5lbs (excluding the weight of mattress, beddings, and baby).
How do I install the Bed Rocker Feet?
    
  
  You would need to drill 3mm holes in the wooden legs. Please see our tutorial here
Do I need Bed Rocker Feet and an Adapter to rock my crib or cot?
    
  
  Is your baby’s bed already rockable by hand? Then you might not need the Bed Rocker Feet. Is there somewhere to add the Sleepytroll vertically (important!) on the bed? Then you might not need the Bed Adapter. However, if you are not able to rock the bed by hand and there is nowhere to hang Sleepytroll vertically on the bed you would need both.
How do I take care of my Sleepytroll?
    
  
  When not in use, remove the charger from the wall and store the product in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
When storing the product for long periods, be sure to charge at least twice a year to prevent deterioration in performance due to self-discharging and choose a storage area where the temperature is between +10ºC and +30ºC. Clean the product with a cloth dampened with water only. Do not use soap or chemicals on the cloth.
Is Sleepytroll certified?
    
  
  Yes, Sleepytroll is CE, FCC, RCM and ISED certified. Sleepytroll is extensively safety tested by TÜV, a global product testing company.
Will rocking my stroller with Sleepytroll Baby Rocker void my stroller’s warranty?
    
  
  No. Sleepytroll is designed to mimic the movement of a parent rocking and will not void your stroller’s guarantee.
How do I properly store my Sleepytroll over time?
    
  
  When not in use, remove the charger from the wall and store the product in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
When storing the product for long periods, be sure to charge at least twice a year to prevent deterioration in performance due to self-discharging
and choose a storage area where the temperature is between +10ºC and +30ºC. 
To restore battery to original performance, repeat several cycles of charging and discharging (run product at maximum effect on an empty pram until the batteries are flat).
Will the Bouncer Adaptor work on my bouncer seat?
    
  
  The Sleepytroll Bouncer Adaptor fits most traditional baby bouncer
designs with round tubular surrounding frames (like the Babybjörn Bouncer).

How do I connect my Sleepytroll Baby Rocker to the app?
    
  
  - Download the App
 Download the Sleepytroll Connect app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Open the App
 Launch the app. When you open it for the first time, follow the initial setup steps.
 (You can skip and customize your profile later in the settings.)
- Prepare Your Sleepytroll Baby Rocker
 Make sure your Sleepytroll Baby Rocker is turned on and nearby.
 Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, and that the Sleepytroll is not connected to another device.
- Connect the Device
 In the app, tap on "Connect to Sleepytroll."
- Create Your Profile
 After the connection is successful, create your profile within the app.
- Verify Your Device
 To complete the setup, enter the last 4 digits of the serial number located underneath your
 Sleepytroll Baby Rocker.
- You're All Set!
 Once connected, you can easily manage the comfort of your little one, wherever you are.
What sleep programs are available in the Sleepytroll app?
    
  
  Discover tailored sleep programs designed to suit your baby’s unique sleep needs. Customize settings to create a soothing environment for better, longer rest.
Short Program – "Nap Time"
A 1-hour nap where your baby is first rocked to sleep. The rocking speed then gradually reduces before switching to Sensor Mode for the last half of the nap, rocking only when your baby becomes restless.
Medium Program – "Siesta"
A 3.5-hour sleep designed for daytime rest. Your baby is rocked to sleep initially, with the rocking speed gradually reducing. After this, Sensor Mode is activated for the last 2 hours, rocking only when your baby becomes restless.
Long Program – "Good Night"
An 8-hour sleep period perfect for nighttime. Your baby is rocked to sleep for the first 2.5 hours with a gradually decreasing rocking speed. The program then switches to Sensor Mode for the remainder of the night, rocking only when your baby is restless.
How do I fix Bluetooth connection issues with my Sleepytroll?
    
  
  If you’re experiencing Bluetooth connection issues with your Sleepytroll Baby Rocker app, don’t worry—this is common with many Bluetooth devices. Below, we outline why these issues happen and how you can fix them quickly.
Common Bluetooth Connection Issues
- Device Not Found – Your phone can’t detect the Sleepytroll rocker.
- Frequent Disconnections – The app connects briefly but then loses connection.
- Slow or Lagging Connection – The rocker takes too long to respond to commands.
- App Shows 'Failed to Connect' – The connection attempt doesn’t go through.
Quick Fixes for Bluetooth Connection Problems
1. Make Sure Bluetooth is Enabled
- Check if Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings.
- Toggle Bluetooth off and on to refresh the connection.
2. Restart Your Devices
- Turn off your Sleepytroll rocker and your phone.
- Wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on and try reconnecting.
3. Keep the Devices Close
- Bluetooth has a limited range (typically 10 meters/30 feet).
- Ensure your phone is near the Sleepytroll rocker when connecting.
4. Check for Interference
- Nearby Wi-Fi routers, other Bluetooth devices, or smart home gadgets may interfere.
- Try turning off other Bluetooth devices temporarily to see if it improves the connection.
5. Forget and Re-Pair the Device
- On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and find ‘Sleepytroll’.
- Tap ‘Forget this device’ and reconnect from the app.
6. Ensure the Sleepytroll App is Updated
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Sleepytroll app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
7. Check Battery Levels
- Low battery on either your Sleepytroll rocker or your phone can impact Bluetooth performance.
- Charge both devices and try again.
8. Reset Your Sleepytroll Rocker
- If connection problems persist, reset the Sleepytroll rocker by holding all buttons for 10 seconds until the light flashes.
- Reconnect it via the app.
