Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sleepytroll.com. This Return and refund policy applies to all purchases made from Sleepytroll Inc., operating from our U.S. warehouse.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Orders Including Sleepytroll Baby Rocker Gen 2)
Orders that include at least one Sleepytroll Baby Rocker Gen 2 are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may open and test the Gen 2 product(s) to evaluate their function. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return the entire order - including any adapters purchased in the same order. Return request must be received within 30 days of purchase. Products must be clean, undamaged, in their original packaging with all parts included.
Example:
• Order with Sleepytroll Gen 2 + adapter → entire order eligible for 30-day return.
• Order with only adapter(s) → 14-day unopened return policy applies.
14-Day Return Policy (adapters only)
Orders containing only adapters are not covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Adapters purchased separately may only be returned if unopened and sealed, within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Fees
A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping. To start a return, contact our support team here to receive a return authorization and label. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Bundles
Discounts apply only when all items in a bundle are kept. Returning the entire bundle follows the standard refund rules above. If you return part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular, non-discounted prices of the items you keep.
Requirements for Returns
All returned products must be:
• Clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Securely packed in a suitable shipping box.
• Shipped within 7 days after the return label is issued.
Late or unauthorized returns may be declined. If declined, items can be shipped back to you at your expense, but no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards or promotional products
• Opened adapters (if purchased separately)
These items are non-refundable unless defective or required by law.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team here within 48 hours of delivery and include photo or video documentation. We will replace the defective item at no cost to you. Defective items are replaced, not refunded. For issues discovered later, please contact our support team — our limited warranty may apply.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refusing delivery does not cancel your order. Any carrier return fees or customs charges caused by a refused or undeliverable shipment may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued by Sleepytroll Inc. to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days after inspection approval. Refunds cannot be made to alternative payment methods or accounts. If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider first, then contact our support team here if unresolved.
