Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

US Delivery

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over 99 USD. For orders under 99 USD, a shipping fee of 10 USD applies. Estimated delivery within the United States is 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Orders

We offer free shipping on all international orders over 99 USD. For orders under 99 USD, a shipping fee of 20 USD applies. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Incomplete or Missing Items

Please check your delivery upon receipt. If any items are missing, contact our support team here within 7 days with a photo of the received contents and the shipping box. Retain the shipping box and packing materials for any carrier claim.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. While Sleepytroll Inc. is not responsible for damage after handoff to the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
